The theme for the event was science fiction space travel inspired by Star Trek.

Here is my proposal including the agenda, room rendering, gobo patterns for lighting, print panel art, and rental furniture.

This is the brief I wrote to the artist who created the room rendering, including the reference images provided by my client and the furniture I selected.
